Hemanta Sadeeq is a very talented young filmmaker and film activist since 2008 based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He studied Theater and performance studies at the University of Dhaka, Mass Communication and Journalism at the Daffodil International University, Bangladesh. His film ‘A Letter to God’ has obtained‘ BEST DRAMA AWARD’ in Real to Reel Global Youth Film Festival, Hollywood, USA and also got JURY MENTIONS Award in Ringerike International Youth Film Festival (RIYFF) Norway, Directing on a Best Screenplay Award in the 3rd Shiraz OIC Youth Capital Film Festival, Iran, FOREIGN FILM award in GEOFILMFESTIVAL and EXPOCINEMA, Italy. This Film also got ‘Young Talent Award’ as the Best Film in young category in 10th International Children’s Film Festival, Bangladesh (held on from 24-30 Jan, 2017).

Besides working as the president in Cinema Bangladesh and Festival Producer in Global Youth Film Festival Bangladesh, Team Mediabuzz is honored to have him as the CEO at Mediabuzz Ltd. This filmmaker dreams to frame his ideas and thoughts throughout his whole life.
